Paul Gray – Founder
Paul was trained in the art of furniture making at Rycotewood where he gained a degree in the craft. He then went on to work for a number of high-end furniture and kitchen companies, gaining invaluable knowledge of the business and the time needed to sharpen his skills as a cabinet maker. He is driven by a passion for design, precise craftsmanship and endless learning.
We make furniture to the highest levels of craftsmanship. Whether it is a small keepsake box or a complete kitchen installation, we are happy to create projects of any size. As well as working with individual private clients, we collaborate with other design professionals for their own clientele. We can design or follow designs created by interior designers, architects or fellow cabinet makers.
We are based in Huddersfield and predominantly serve Yorkshire and it’s surrounding counties, but if you are further afield then we are more than pleased to work with you.
Commissions
“Every completed piece of furniture is the end product of an initial idea or dream” Therefore, to understand this fully, Paul would meet with you to discuss your thoughts in person. We would take it from there, working on designs and keeping you fully informed as work progresses on your commisioned piece. This will include drawings and a formal quotation for your consideration.
Once you are happy to proceed, a deposit will be required to secure the commisioning of your piece allowing a completion date to be determined and confirmed with you. Once the work is complete the remaining payment will be required in full.
